Standard implementation

For standard e-shops, implementation usually takes 1-2 weeks and includes:

   • Consultation with our team
   • Analysis of your e-shop
   • Implementation plan
2. Technical integration (3-5 days)
   • Search script implementation
   • Product catalog import
   • Basic feature configuration
3. Testing (2-3 days)
   • Functional tests
   • Performance optimization
   • UX testing
4. Launch (1 day)
   • Deployment to production

Post-launch support

After launch, we provide:

• Technical support via support@saimon.cz
• Work starting within 2 hours of your report on a failure we are responsible for that prevents use of the system
• Work starting within 24 hours of your report on an error we are responsible for that affects a limited part of the system
• Regular consultations
• Training for your team
