Shopping Advisor – Summary

The customer always gets a recommendation, even when classic search wouldn't suggest anything. A concise summary helps them quickly get a sense of the relevant options.

AI analyzes the search results and creates a clear summary for the customer – which products are available, in which price ranges, and with what properties.

Enterprise SAIMON search

Advanced search with enhanced logic. It first uses classic full-text search, and if no results are found, GPT kicks in. This means the customer is never left without an answer.

GPT AI analyzes the customer's query, understands their actual intent, and searches your catalog to find the most relevant products.
